ied peacefully surrounded by her family at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence on July 2

after suffering a massive stroke in October 2006. She was born in
Kalamazoo
on
January 24, 1915
. She was the daughter of Frank M. and Anna Lee (Kastead) Stimpson. She married Robert H. Williams and they were blessed with 3 daughters. She later married Royal K. Jenner.
Frances
had many interests. She was an avid reader, enjoyed bird watching, her flowers and traveling. Among her many talents were ceramics, doing leatherwork and writing poetry. Music was a major part of her life. She played the pipe organ at the
Old
St. Augustine
Church
while still in high school at
St.
A’s. After she retired from Michigan State Tech as a cook and baker, she and Royal, who was also a wonderful musician, played in clubs, at weddings, receptions and parties in the
Kalamazoo
and surrounding area for many years. She also taught piano lessons up until her illness. She was predeceased by her parents; a sister, Virginia Hiatt and both husbands. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law; Annette & Charles Tiller of
Kalamazoo
, Anne & Robert Dezoete of
Lawton
and Ginny (Virginia Lee) & Hayes Belcher of Otsego. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Diana Lee Swope of Kalamazoo, Analinda Lee Marlett of Plainwell, David Lee Perrin of Boulder, CO, Daniel L. Perrin of Kalamazoo, Linda Perrin-Rodriguez of Butler, OH, Carol Lynne Dykstra of Lawton, Steven J. Belcher of Vicksburg; a step grandson Bruce Ian Belcher of Toronto, Canada; a niece and 4 nephews; a dear friend, Kathryn O’Donnell; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Friends may meet with the family from

to
8 P.M.
Thursday at the
Winkel Funeral Home,
Otsego,
where a Scripture Service will be held at
7:30 PM
.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held
Friday at
12:30 P.M.
at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church
with Rev. Fr. Donald P. Klingler officiating. Burial will follow at
Ft.
Custer
National
Cemetery
,
Augusta
. Contributions in memory of
Frances
may be made to St. Margaret’s Building Fund or Rose Arbor Hospice Residence.
