So sorry to hear of your loss/heaven’s gain. I have been away a lot since my first husband you all knew, Robert (Bob) Miller. But since my 2nd husband’s death in MN in Aug., I have moved back to Kazoo again. Since I depend on others for transportation, unless I find some one from here to ride with, I will not be able to attend services, for Pete, Please know that I have many wonderful memories of your Mom and Dad. May our God bring you comfort knowing your dad had long ago came to have a personal relationship with the Babe of Bethlehem who died to bring Salvation to us. Your friend. Vi Miller-Hogberg

It was my hope that I would be able to be with all of you to share the love we have as a family; the realization has set in I can’t. I am guessing that is why GOD gave us the time at Borgess to support each other. Would have never believed any happy memories could have came out of it; but they did. Even tho we all know Uncle Pete is in heaven with no more pain and is reunited with Aunt Marilyn, it still leaves a huge empty spot here on earth. Everyone of you are in my prayers that GOD will provide the love and strength you need. I love each of you, Dawn

Sending my deepest sympathies to all of you, and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers at this time of great loss.

It was lovely to hear Shannon’s words at today’s service. One could feel the great love that you share as a family. I loved the description of the grandchildren running to grandpa’s lap in order to be safe from penalties for any wrong-doings. Brought such sweet images to my mind and I could just imagine the great smile on your father/grandfather’s face.

What a beautiful family….And, I loved hearing the pastor remark of the recollection of your parents that they had started this. The world is a better place for their gift.

I’m so sorry that I was not able to attend the graveside service or the luncheon, but I treasure seeing all of the photos and seeing the beautiful legacy that your parents have left behind.

Sending you much love,

Dawn Edwards
