Am sorry to learn of your loss of Eva. A very sweet & gracious lady who was always friendly to me. Be kind and gentle with yourselves as you navigate this grief journey. Honor Eva. Grief is more than missing someone, it is an unrelenting ache for reality to be different and for the impossible to come true. The Grief Club is a club nobody asks to join, where membership is automatic after losing someone you love. Can relate to your pain, I have been there. May peace come into your hearts at this very sad time.

Sincerely,

GENE & EVA WERE VERY GOOD FRIENDS OF MY MOTHER AND FATHER WHO BOTH PASSED WITHIN THE LAST 18 MONTH THIERSELFS. THEY ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT MY MIDDLE NAME WAS IN HONOR OF GENE A LIFETIME FRIEND OF MY FATHER RAY. I WISH THE FAMILY DURING THE HEALING PROCESS THE BEST AND TO TRY TO REMEMBER ONLY THE GREAT FANTASTIC MEMORIES THAT YOUR FAMILY WAS HONORED TO HAVE WITH HAVING GENE & EVA AS PARENTS. SOME VERY GREAT LOVING CARING PEOPLE, THE BEST

The loss of this wonderfully sweet lady makes this world a sadder place. Her presence always brought sunshine into a dark day. Her words of kindness were always uplifting to the spirit. Her hard work in church and community set a great example for all.

We were so blessed to have known Eva. There’s no doubt in our minds that she was welcomed “Home” with the words “Well done, good and faithful servant”.

Our loss is Heaven’s gain. May God Bless and Comfort her loved ones.

We will miss Aunt Eva. When I look at her picture I can hear her special laugh. Getting to see her in the summer of 2019 was a great gift. Our thoughts go out to the whole family.

I would like to offer my sincere sympathy to Phyllis, Nancy, Gail and other family members. I would also like to offer my sincere thanks for sharing your mother with me. I will always cherish our visits together at her home. We talked a lot; we shared a lot of stories and she told me some really corny jokes! We laughed a lot on our visits. I miss seeing her at her front window when I walk by the house. Sometimes, she wouldn’t make it to the window by the time I got there and I’d hearing her calling, “Judi, honey, I’m here. Hi.” She was such a special friend to me. I will miss her. God bless. Judi Holland

So very sorry for your loss. We remember Eva and Gene in adult Sunday School years ago! Loved being with them! Eva’s smile and laugh were wonderful! The picture is great! I can hear her laughing! Used to see her at the Community Band Concerts and loved to say hi! Eva used to send birthday cards to me and my mother-in-law, Carol, but sometimes she would get us mixed up and we would get the others card-no big deal, we would send along the card and we both would enjoy the greeting from Eva! She was a wonderful lady and is now with Jesus and loved ones who have passed. May God grant peace and comfort to her family.
