Who will I argue about dumps and photosynthesis with? Great work mate at Parker in the 70’s, played the horses with Gene at Glendale Downs and did the Lighthouse Pool Team. Always a great time with this man and will miss his wit.

I truly loved this man. He and his family were my neighbors for years. Then when I went to work at Parker, after 17 years or so he became my Manager.
A lot of fond memories of Gene. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Pam and Susan please accept my sincere sympathy. RIP Eugene Zelmanski.

I worked with Gene at Parker Hydraulics. He was the supervisor over electronic controls when I started at Parker in 1967. A few years later he became my supervisor in inspection for a short time. He always admitted that he knew nothing about it. Gene was one of the few people in management that I respected. He was one of the good guys.
I just saw Gene at Subway a month ago. He looked good at that time. I was very surprised to read of his passing. He sure lived life to the fullest. I don’t know anyone who has done half the things that Gene had done. I am certain he will be missed by all. Condolences to the family.

Oddly enough, was just thinking of Gene last week, wondering what he was doing now.
Worked with him at Hyd. DIvision for many years.
One of the truly good people I have had the opportunity to work with.
Will be sincerely missed.

Pam and Susan, sorry for your loss of your father. I knew your dad thru your mom when he was at WMU and after when you all lived in Alamo. Sounds sounds like he lived a full and very interesting life.

Condolences to Gene’s family. I worked with Gene for many years at Parker. He was very enjoyable person to be around. He had a great attitude and a good sense of humor. Saw Gene a few times since his retirement and enjoyed getting caught up on his most recent exploits. He will be greatly missed.
