Ellen Latta
Ellen F. Latta of Cooper Township, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. Ellen was born January 25, 1964, in Kalamazoo the daughter of George and Helen (Ellison) Cobb. For many years she was employed as a health care supervisor.
On February 14, 1995 in Allegan, MI she married Jerry Latta who survives. Also surviving are 3 children, Nathan Cobb of Cooper, Amber Hoyt of Plainwell and Jerry Latta Jr. of Cooper Twp.; her grandson, Tyler Ray; and her dearest friend, Katherine Burk.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to her family for expenses.

My deepest sympathies to the entire family. Ellen was a dear sister in Christ to me. She offered great kindness, encouragement and support in times of struggle. Her wisdom and intelligence were deeply valued. But her sense of humor and deep, abided Faith are what I will treasure the most. You are all in my Prayers.

Sorry for you loss, I grew up with Ellen and went to High School with her. Please let me know about a memorial if its not already occurred.
