Family, please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. We know in our Christian world that we will see Eddie again in the after life. To know he is not suffering is a help, just know that he is in our loving Fathers arms now…

Growing up next door to Eddy was something I will never forget, he was like an extra big brother.
he was always organizing baseball games with the neighbor hood kids. He kept most of us out of trouble by keeping us busy. He taught me how to dance, which was not easy. I loved sitting an talking with him , he always had such a good outlook on life.
I am so glad that he was in my life. And his sister Elaine was my best friend, my thoughts and prayers to the family.

We were shocked to read in the paper of Ed’s death. We were friends from years past, and remember him as a fun loving guy with a big smile. We are so sorry for your loss and pray that your faith will carry you through these sorrowful times.

Dear Trudy & Family,
We are so sorry to hear of Ed’s accident and his passing. We will remember his long “over the backyard fence” conversations that he had with us and always asking how Maggie was doing. We’ll miss his smiling face.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

Dearest Trudy, Rebecca and I are so saddened by the loss of Ed.
We wish you the deepest of sympathy in this sad time. Everyone here is sick with some kind of intestinal issue, so we won’t be coming to the visitation today. But, believe me, we are grieving with you in your loss. God Bless! B&R

Trudy, we just heard tonight. We are so sorry. Your losses have been many, and we can relate to the loss of your son Paul, as we lost our 2nd son, John, last October 4th from hereditary neuropathy . They say it gets better. but it doesn’t seem that way to me.
Eddie was a good friend and ready to help any and all with anything.
Jim remembers your times when he worked for Alflin Batts

To Trudy and family,
We have known Ed for so many years and always enjoyed talking with him when he was sitting at baseball games with Eddie and Dolly. He was a real fan. We will miss seeing him when we walk to our seats at WMU basketball games; we always looked forward to seeing you both. We send our sincere sympathy for your untimely loss.
Sincerely, Fred and Leslie Decker
