Donald L. Kling

Donald L. Kling went home to his Savior Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Don was born April 21, 1938, in Otsego, Michigan, to Charles and Ida (Herbst) Kling. After 40 years of service, he retired in 2001 from Hammond Machinery. Surviving are his wife, Shirley; son, Charles; daughter and son-in-law, Louise and Sean Skinner; four granddaughters, Hannah, Molly, Abby and Natalie; also two brothers, Dick (Ann) Kling and Lenard (Pat) Kling; 2 sisters, Caroline Kling and Irene Haas; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and six brothers and sisters. Friends may meet his family from 5 to 8 P.M. Sunday at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Peace Lutheran Church, Otsego with Pastor Jason J. Thiel officiating. Burial at Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego will follow. Contributions in memory of Don may be made to the Peace Lutheran Church Organ Fund.
