I am heart broken to learn of Diana’s passing. I met Diane at Southwest Florida Baptist Church in Ft Myers, Fl. a couple years ago as we both were snowbirds. This passed year, she has been my long distance friend, encourager and prayer warrior thru illness and surgeries with my Husband. Both our husbands had arota heart replacements within months of each other. She kept me informed, encouraged me in my care giving and what he could expect. She truly was my Angel from afar. We were so looking forward to seeing each other after her recovery. She texted me the day she fell, asking me to pray for her. I have every day and night. Today, I find out she has gone to Heaven. She was truly a saint of God. I will miss her but know she is in a better place, Thanks for sharing that lovely smiling face…truly her.

Al…so sorry we didn’t realize Diane had passed away. She was a very lovely lady. We so enjoyed having her live across the street at Siesta Bay. We feel so badly we didn’t get to say goodbye to her. The world needs more people like her. If we can help in any way in Florida, let us know. Our hearts & prayers go out to you & your family.

I am so blessed to have gotten to know Diane, even if it was only for a couple of years. I always missed her when she was in Florida, but looked forward to her beautiful smile in church when they were at FBC of Plainwell. She was a dear and precious lady and I will always remember her for her kindness and the joy she spread around her.
I am deeply sorry for your loss and will pray for you in the months ahead. God is a God of healing, comfort, and burden-lifting. He holds you in His hand and has His arms around you.

To the Turner family, we are so very sorry to hear the passing of your dear mother. To lose your mother, is truly heartbreaking, for Michael and I have been down this road too. For me, it was fairly recent (16 months). Remember all the good times, all that she taught you, the funny thing she said and did, and her beautiful spirit. She will always be with you, watching over you and there to talk to as well. It will just be different now. Tears will flow and you might think you are able to move on, then you will be reminded of her by seeing something or hearing something, then the tears will flow again. I talk to my mom all the time and sometimes I can smile, other times, there is a tear rolling down my cheek. Your mother leaves behind a wonderful legacy and that will live on forever. What a beautiful lady inside and out, and what a blessing she has been to your family. She is with our dear Lord now and someday you all will be together again. Hold tight to your faith and ask the Lord to give you strength, and He will. Please know that our family will be praying for all of you during this very difficult time. God bless you and hold you close.

I seriously doubt you’ll remember me, my husband Dan and I knew you and Diane years ago when all our kids were quite little, as I recall I think at that time you lived outside Plainwell on old 131, I don’t recall where we lived. Dans been gone for 21 yrs now, I live in NC with our youngest son Jeff, we lost our older son Mike in his mid 20’s of non hodgesons lymphoma , I could be mistaken but Iam pretty sure your the same couple we knew then, if not I apologize. You have my condolences , I know all too well what your going through.
