David A. Marsh

David passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo. 

He was born February 23, 1957, in Plainwell, the son of Charles and Barbara (Eshlaman) Marsh. David graduated from Plainwell High School in 1975 and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked in maintenance at the Comfort Inn and JBS until his retirement.

In his free time David enjoyed thrift shopping at Goodwill and the Salvation Army, taking care of family graves, working in his yard, visits to pizza buffets and the Old Country Buffet, telling dad jokes and playing the lotto. 

Surviving are his children, Tammy Sue Marsh, Brandi (Cory) London, Byron Marsh, Sarah (Josh) VanDyk and Kari (Bret) VanZanten and 12 grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Byron Charles Marsh. 

According to his wishes cremation has taken place. 

Private family burial of ashes will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Plainwell at a later time.
