Clifford Root

Clifford Root age 73 of Pullman, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Wings Home in Allegan.

Mr. Root was born March 24, 1940 in Plainwell to Harold and Clara (Kelly) Root. Clifford served his country in the U.S. Army. In his leisure time he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed cutting wood.

He is survived by his children, Selena Dugar, Valarie Root, Anita Root, Jason (Audrey) Root, Dawn (John) Lewis and Faith Blozvich; a special friend, Doug Nichols; many grand and great grandchildren; a sister, Alice Burgen and his cats Tigger and Harley.

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Wanda Henson.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Master’s Feet Church, 814 21

St., Otsego with Pastor Ray Brown officiating. Military Honors by VFW Post #3030.
