Am so sorry to learn of this. A few years ago ran into Clare in the deli area of the Otsego Harding’s store. Shared a friendly chat. Had to smile when reading the obituary referring to his lawn kept as well groomed as a golf course. Whenever I drove past his home he and his wife maintained a yard that was always impeccable.! My heart goes out to his family in this tragic loss of a loved one. The road of grief is a rocky one. Be kind and gentle with yourselves. May peace come into your hearts, treasure your memories.

I am so very sorry for your loss. My older brothers and I grew up in the same neighborhood as the Predum family and we were all close friends growing up. Wonderful friends and neighbors. I often wanted to stop and visit Clare when sitting in his beautiful yard, but time stole my chance’s. The family is in my thoughts and prayers, may tGod fill you with His peace and comfort you.

Predum family — We are so sorry for your loss — Clare was just the nicest and kindest of friends and best of neighbors. A good memory is, as teens we would see him at the old “Dixie” dances, and we were all having a such a good time. We will miss him. Rip good friend. Butch & Edna Babbitt

Dan and I want to extend our deepest and most sincere sympathy to Bev,and the entire Predum family. Dan and I have known Clare for many years and had some very special times with him. I first met Clare at the Picadilly Tavern where he was working as a bartender. But Dan had known Clare and the Predum family long before I. Clare was always the life of the party. Always had a smile and I will never forget his laugh. He was one of the nicest, kindest people that I have ever known. The last time we saw Clare was when he was in the Life Care Nursing Home. And at that time we met Bev for the first time. She was very good for Clare and they loved each other so much. Clare couldn’t say enough good about Bev. You could see that he loved and admired her dearly. We are so sorry to hear of Clare’s passing. And know he is going to be missed by so many loved ones and friends. May you Rest In Eternal Peace our dear friend.
