Benjamin ‘Dale’ Worden of Alamo died

at home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness. Dale was born

. Dale attended the Pontiac Public Schools. He served in the United States Navy from 1948 to 1949 and was stationed in

July 27, 1954

Pontiac

he married Beverly Weydemeyer, who survives. Also surviving are his children and their spouses, Timothy (Jackie) Diller, Vicki (Ted) Hartleb, Judy Worden (Katie Jacobs) and Fred (Kathy) Worden; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. His parents and his stepson, Don Diller preceded him in death. Dale was a member of Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #7 and retired in 1991. He was a member of
