Barbara A. Rayburn

Barbara A. Rayburn of Otsego, MI passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Rose Arbor in Kalamazoo. Barb was born May 2, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Leonard and Mae (Grand) Kostecki. She was a 1957 graduate of The Immaculata High School in Chicago. Barb was a parishioner at St. Margaret Catholic Church in Otsego. She enjoyed knitting, birds and nature, and caring for her family.

Barb is survived by her husband Francis Rayburn, Jr. whom she married in 1962 in Chicago, her children Wayne (Kim) Rayburn, Todd (Teresa) Rayburn and Lisa (Rob) Engelter all of Otsego and her dog Emma, 8 grandchildren, Cari, Kellie, Jessica, Daniel, Josh, Kyle, Hayden and Sam and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and twin granddaughters.

In accordance with her wishes she has been cremated and burial of ashes will take place at a later date at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. A memorial mass will be held  at St. Margaret Catholic Church, Otsego, Thursday, May 9, 2019 at a11:00 A.M.,  Fr. Simon Manjooran officiating.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Rose Arbor Hospice House.
