. Mr. Snyder was born

June 20, 1935

in Shelbyville to Howard and Nina (Shook) Snyder and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Alton

served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of V.F.W. Post #3030 of Otsego and had served as the post commander. For the last 10 years he was employed with ABC Warehouse and also drove cars for area dealers. Surviving are two sons, Steven and Stanley; a brother, Lloyd Snyder; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, Howard ‘Hod’ Snyder. Cremation has taken place. Military graveside services at

Cemetery

,

Augusta

, will be held at

11:30 A.M.

Monday, with Military Honors conducted by V.F.W. Post #3030. Contributions in
